RIP: Ralph “The Major” Houk (1919-2010)

Boston Globe reporter Nick Cafardo advies that former Red Sox manager Ralph Houk has passed away.
Scott Sloboden, the grandson of “The Major”, said he passed away this afternoon at 1:15 PM, at his home in Winter Haven, FL. Houk was 90 years old.
